From the moment you hire us, we’re here for you 24/7, offering support via text, phone and email to address any questions or concerns.

At 30 weeks, we’ll meet to plan your ideal birth, discussing your preferences and creating a written birth plan that reflects your hopes and boundaries.

At 37 weeks, we’ll check in to prepare for labor, addressing any fears and finalizing logistics.

When labor begins, we provide in‑person support every step of the way—advocating for your wishes, offering hands‑on comfort measures such as massage and positioning, and creating a calm, reassuring presence for both you and your partner.

After your delivery, we’ll have a postpartum meeting to review your experience and explore options for ongoing support.

Postpartum Doula Support
$50/hr
We provide personalized care for your baby, parents, and other family members, tailored to your unique needs and schedule. Our services are designed to ease your transition and can include childcare, cooking, laundry, light cleaning, overnight care, emotional support, and more. Whether you're navigating life with a newborn, adjusting post-adoption, or simply need an extra pair of hands, we’re here to support you with compassionate, individualized care that fits seamlessly into your routine.
Lactation Counseling
$50/hr
During our visit, we’ll discuss your goals and concerns, review birth and medical history as it relates to breastfeeding, weigh your baby before and after feeding, evaluate latch and positioning, and answer any questions you may have. If needed, we’ll also provide referrals to trusted providers in the area to ensure you have all the resources you need.
